Have Unwanted Parquet Flooring?
At Browne & Son Flooring we specialise in restoring and installing traditional wood floors, including parquet flooring.
Because reclaimed parquet is becoming harder to source, we are always interested in recovering old parquet floors that are being removed during renovations. Rather than seeing perfectly good timber thrown away or skipped, we may be able to carefully lift and reuse these floors in future restoration projects.
If you are removing a parquet floor during renovations, please contact us before it is lifted or disposed of.
What Types of Parquet Are We Interested In?
We are particularly interested in traditional solid wood parquet flooring that is being removed during renovation projects.
Examples include oak parquet, pine parquet and other traditional block flooring commonly found in older homes across Wirral, Liverpool and Cheshire.
If the flooring can be carefully lifted rather than broken up, it may be possible for us to reuse it in future restoration projects.
